There are many inroads to the soul. The question for a lot of people is not so much how do I get there, but why make the journey at all?

You make the journey because the soul is where you find the truest part of yourself. It is where you find hope, consolation, inspiration and healing. It is where you come to know who you really are, why you are here, and what special gifts you bring to the world. It is also where you can come to terms with everything that life has already brought you.

Sometimes life presents you with issues that are not easy, problems that cannot be solved by reading a book or taking a pill. It seems that problems like these stand in the way of what you want and prevent you from becoming who you really are. But problems are not in your way. They are your way.

It is the purpose of my practice—Journeys to the Soul—to put you in touch with your truest self, to help you see your issues and difficulties as pathways or portals into the deepest parts of your soul, and to transform your problems from areas of weakness into sources of strength.
